Varicose veins is one of the issue that most men and women think as a cosmetic problem. Actually, we possibly have two types of vein visibility in our body – the varicose veins and the spider veins.

Varicose veins always appeared to be large and bulge veins due to poor blood circulation that usually get more visible on legs, although it really appears anywhere in our body. Spider veins are fine and small red veins that sometimes looks like a cluster or spider web that also get visible on our face which is called telangiectasias. Some causes of varicose veins are obesity, pregnancy, family history, prolonged sitting and standing, unhealthy lifestyle, or severe ulcer problem that needs serious medication. These days, many people are thinking on how to get rid of varicose veins on legs. And if we talk about sodium daily intakes in our body, actually our body really needs proper sodium consumption since too much sodium in the body may lead us into a severe health problem like hypertension, higher risk for heart problems, stroke, and even paralysis. We know sodium is the main element for salt and salt itself is one of the major ingredients in our every meals at home or in every restaurants. To stay fit and healthy, we need to know how much sodium per day is healthy for us to take. For adults, 500 mg is what the normal sodium daily dosage, although the National Academies of Science set a tolerable intake of sodium up to 2300 mg for those healthy adults. And for those people who are at their 50′s, 1500 mg of sodium is the most higher intake they can have in a day while 1200 mg for children daily sodium dosage as well. For people who also have problem concerning with high blood pressure must really need to maintain proper daily sodium consumption. It’s actually very important since it’s one of the most severe and risky disease{}s and difficult to get rid of.
